Maruti Suzuki Price Hike from June 2026 Up to Rs 30,000

Maruti Suzuki has announced that it will increase prices across its car lineup by up to Rs 30,000 from June 2026. The company shared this update through a stock exchange filing with the NSE and BSE.
According to Maruti Suzuki, the price hike is mainly due to rising input costs and continued inflation pressure. The company said it has been trying to control costs through internal cost-saving measures over the past few months. However, with expenses still remaining high, Maruti Suzuki will now pass on a part of this increased cost to customers.
The exact price increase will not be the same for every model. It will vary depending on the car and variant. This means popular Maruti Suzuki cars such as hatchbacks, sedans, SUVs and MPVs could become costlier from June 2026.
For buyers planning to purchase a Maruti Suzuki car, booking before the price revision may help avoid the upcoming price increase, depending on dealer stock and delivery timelines.
This is not the first time Maruti Suzuki has increased prices in the last one year. The company has revised prices several times earlier as well, mainly due to rising raw material costs, inflation and higher operational expenses. According to earlier reports, Maruti Suzuki had increased car prices by up to 4 percent from April 2025. Before that, the company had also announced price revisions in January and February 2025. A separate price hike of up to 4 percent was also announced in December 2024, which came into effect from January 2025.
The latest Maruti Suzuki price hike from June 2026 will apply across the company’s full model range. However, the increase will not be the same for every car. Maruti Suzuki has not shared model-wise price details yet and has only confirmed that the price rise can go up to Rs 30,000, depending on the model and variant.
For customers, this means the ex-showroom price of Maruti Suzuki cars will become higher from next month. Buyers planning to purchase models like the Swift, Baleno, Brezza, Fronx, Dzire, Ertiga, Grand Vitara or other Maruti Suzuki cars may need to pay more after the new prices come into effect.
Maruti Suzuki said it has been trying to reduce the impact of rising costs through internal cost-saving steps. But since input cost pressure continues, the company will now pass on a part of the increase to customers through this price revision.
