VinFast Opens Bookings for VF MPV 7 in India

VinFast has officially opened bookings for the VF MPV 7 in India starting April 2, 2026. This is the company's third car for the Indian market, after the VF 6 and VF 7 electric SUVs launched in September 2025.

Interested buyers can book the VF MPV 7 by paying Rs 21,000. Bookings are being accepted through VinFast's official website as well as its 50 authorised dealerships across the country. The official launch event, where the price will also be revealed, is scheduled for April 15, 2026.

A Spacious Electric MPV Built for Families

The VF MPV 7 has been designed with practicality as the main priority. VinFast built it around what the company calls the "golden ratio" of MPV design, where the wheels are placed as close to the corners as possible. This approach frees up more space inside the cabin for passengers.

The car measures 4,740mm in length, 1,872mm in width and 1,734mm in height. The wheelbase is 2,840mm, which is long enough to ensure comfortable space across all three rows. The cabin is set up for seven seats, and VinFast has focused on making every row usable rather than just the front two. R19 alloy wheels complete the exterior look, giving it a solid stance without looking overdone.

Battery and Charging

The VF MPV 7 runs on a 60.13kWh battery that VinFast claims delivers a driving range of over 500km on a full charge. For charging, the car supports fast charging that can take the battery from 10 percent to 70 percent in around 30 minutes

What VinFast Is Offering Buyers

Along with the car itself, VinFast is offering free charging on its V-Green network until March 31, 2029. The company also has a value assured programme and a trade-in option for customers switching from petrol or diesel cars.

Tapan Ghosh, CEO of VinFast India, said the VF MPV 7 is meant to be a practical and accessible electric option for Indian families, and that the company wants the car to set a new standard in its segment.
