Audi India Price Hike From April 2026 — Up to 2% Increase
If you have been planning to buy an Audi and have been pushing the decision, this is probably the nudge you needed. Audi India has officially announced a price increase of up to 2% across its entire model lineup, with revised prices coming into effect from April 1, 2026.
The announcement was made from Mumbai on March 12, giving buyers and dealerships roughly three weeks to complete purchases at current prices. After April 1, every Audi on sale in India will cost more — no exceptions.

Why Is Audi Increasing Prices?
This is not something Audi has done out of nowhere. The company says the hike is to partially offset rising input costs and the adverse impact of currency fluctuations on its operations in India.
Balbir Singh Dhillon, Brand Director at Audi India, put it simply — "Due to recent rising input costs and currency fluctuations, we are implementing a price adjustment of up to 2 percent effective from April 1, 2026. We remain committed to minimising the impact of the price hike on our customers."
This is not the first time either. Audi had previously increased prices by up to 3 percent in January 2025. So this has been an ongoing trend for the brand in India, driven largely by global cost pressures that luxury car makers have been dealing with across markets.
How Much Will Each Model Cost More?
This is the part that matters most to actual buyers. Based on current pricing, the increase could translate to around Rs 86,000 on the Audi Q3 — the brand's most affordable model, which starts at Rs 43.23 lakh. At the other end, the RS Q8 — priced at Rs 2.32 crore — could see its cost go up by around Rs 4.64 lakh.
Which Audi Models Are Affected?
Every Audi sold in India will see this price revision. The locally assembled range includes the A4 and A6 sedans along with the Q3, Q3 Sportback, Q5 and Q7 SUVs. Imported models like the A5 Sportback, Q8, Q8 e-tron and e-tron GT are also part of the revised pricing.
In short — whether you are looking at the entry-level Q3 or the range-topping RS Q8, the price you see right now will not be the price after April 1.
