Maruti has introduced a new Star Edition accessory pack for the Eeco sub-4m MPV at Rs 20,000. This accessory pack available with 5 Seater Standard, 5 Seater AC and 5 Seater AC CNG Eeco variants, the Star Edition bundles 18 exterior and interior accessories worth Rs 37,000 and offers them at a reduced price of Rs 20,000.

What is in new Eeco Star Edition

The Maruti Eeco Star Edition launched with accessories worth around Rs 37,000, but the complete pack is being offered at a reduced price of nearly Rs 20,000. It is available with select 5-seater variants of the Eeco.

On the exterior

It gets front fog lamps, fog lamp garnish, roof-mounted spoiler, silver wheel covers, door visors, mud flaps, chrome Eeco emblem and chrome garnish around the headlights, tail-lights and number plate area.

The Star Edition also adds a special graphic on the rear fender. Maruti is offering body-coloured bumpers with Glistening Grey and Brisk Blue colour options, while other colours continue with black bumpers.

Interior Accessories

Inside the cabin, the Maruti Eeco Star Edition gets leatherette seat covers, leatherette steering cover, door sill guards, black plastic mats and faux wooden finish on the dashboard. These changes make the cabin look more finished compared to the standard Eeco.

Prices are ex-showroom. The Star Edition pack costs around Rs 20,000 extra over the selected standard Eeco variant.

The Eeco 5-Seater Standard Star Edition around Rs 6.10 lakh, 5-Seater AC Star Edition around Rs 6.40 lakh and 5-Seater AC CNG Star Edition Price is around Rs 7.55 lakh.

These are approximate estimates. The regular Eeco on-road price in Delhi starts around Rs 5.90 lakh and goes up to around Rs 7.35 lakh, before adding the Star Edition accessory pack.

Engine And Mileage

There is no mechanical change in the Maruti Eeco Star Edition. It continues with the same 1.2-litre petrol engine. The petrol version produces around 82 hp, while the CNG version makes around 72 hp. Both versions come with a 5-speed manual gearbox only.

The official Maruti Suzuki website lists the Eeco with a fuel efficiency of 19.71 km/l for petrol and 26.78 km/kg for CNG.
