Ferrari Luce EV Revealed With 1050hp Power and Radical New Design
Ferrari has revealed the Ferrari Luce EV, its first fully electric car and also its first five-seater. Designed by LoveFrom, the studio of Jony Ive and Marc Newson, the Ferrari Luce reveal marks a bold new direction for the Italian supercar brand with a dedicated EV platform, four electric motors, AWD, and up to 1050hp.

Ferrari’s first pure EV and first five-seater, built on a dedicated Maranello-developed platform.
Four-motor AWD setup with a 122kWh battery and up to 1050hp power.
LoveFrom-designed body with 24-inch rear wheels, 23-inch front wheels, and heavy wind-tunnel development.
Ferrari Luce Exterior Looks Unlike Any Ferrari Before

The Ferrari Luce exterior does not follow the brand’s usual flowing or wedge-shaped design language. Instead, LoveFrom has created a cleaner, more futuristic body with a large glass house, monolithic aluminum panels, and floating-style front and rear sections.
The car also gets 24-inch rear wheels and 23-inch front wheels, giving it a strong road presence. Ferrari says aerodynamics played a major role in development, with over 6,000 hours of wind tunnel simulation used to refine the shape.
Ferrari Luce Interior Gets a New Design Approach

The Ferrari Luce interior is equally different from traditional Ferrari cabins. It uses a mix of physical controls, digital displays, and product-design-inspired details. A unique multigraph instrument display can function as a clock, chronometer, or compass.
The car starts with a rectangular glass key placed into a dedicated slot on the center console. The center control panel can also pivot towards the driver or passenger, while the roof-mounted panel includes controls such as Launch Control.
Ferrari Luce Color Options

Ferrari has not revealed the official Ferrari Luce color options yet. However, given its futuristic EV design and premium positioning, the Luce is expected to be offered with exclusive Ferrari paint shades, likely including classic red, metallic grey, black, white, and special custom finishes through Ferrari’s personalisation programme. Final color details should be announced closer to production or market launch.
Ferrari Luce Power and EV Platform

The biggest highlight is the Ferrari Luce power setup. It uses four electric motors, one for each wheel, paired with a 122kWh battery pack. The system produces up to 1050hp and sends power to all four wheels through an advanced AWD setup.
Ferrari has developed the dedicated EV platform completely at Maranello. The brand says the focus was not only on outright power but also on response, control, and driving feel.
Ferrari Luce Top Speed and Performance
Ferrari has not officially revealed the Ferrari Luce top speed yet. However, with 1050hp, four electric motors, and torque vectoring, the Luce is expected to deliver supercar-level acceleration and high-speed performance.
Ferrari Luce Price in India
The Ferrari Luce price in India has not been announced yet. Since this is Ferrari’s first pure electric flagship model, it is expected to be positioned at the ultra-luxury end of the EV market if launched in India.
Expert Verdict
The Ferrari Luce is not just another electric car. It is Ferrari’s strongest signal yet that its EV future will not simply copy its petrol-powered past. With a radical design, four-motor setup, 1050hp output, and a dedicated Maranello-built platform, the Luce could become one of the most important Ferrari models of the electric era.
