Ferrari HC25 One-Off Roadster Debuts With 710bhp V8
Bespoke Special Projects model debuts new Ferrari design cues while retaining the F8 Spider's 720hp twin-turbo V8.

HC25 features slimmer headlamps and vertical DRLs — a first on any Ferrari road car
Its twin-turbo V8 with rear-wheel drive produces 720hp and 770Nm
Claimed 0-100kph time is 2.9 seconds and top speed is 340kph
Ferrari HC25 introduced

The Ferrari hc25 unveiled moment came at Ferrari Racing Days at the Circuit of the Americas in Texas, where the Italian brand officially pulled the covers off its latest Ferrari hc25 one off creation. Part of Ferrari's prestigious Special Projects programmed, the HC25 is a commission built for a single private client and developed by the Ferrari Design Studio under chief design officer Flavio Manzoni. As a newly launched Ferrari 2026 Special Projects car, it reinterprets the brand's traditional mid-engined V8 spider design language while also previewing styling themes from newer models such as the F80 and 12Cilindri. It is the latest one off hc25 to join Ferrari's growing roster of bespoke one-client builds.
Ferrari HC25 Exterior Design

The Ferrari hc25 one-off features a completely redesigned body with a more geometric and angular design language, even though it shares the F8 Spider's underlying chassis. The most distinctive element is a gloss-black band wrapping around the midsection and engine cover — a three-dimensional section that integrates the radiator intakes and heat extraction systems while visually separating the car's front and rear halves. The side profile follows an arrow-like design theme, with this black band sweeping from the rear haunches towards the front doors before merging into the rear screen. Door handles are integrated into a long aluminum blade running along the bodywork.
As a new Ferrari car 2026, the HC25 debuts slimmer bespoke headlamps with vertically arranged boomerang-shaped DRLs — the very first time Ferrari has used a vertical DRL layout on any road car. At the rear, it gets slim tail-lamps, a redesigned diffuser and twin trapezoidal exhaust outlets. The car is finished in matte Moonlight Grey paint and rides on bespoke five-spoke alloy wheels with diamond-finished outer rims.
Ferrari HC25 Interior

Inside, the HC25 retains the F8 Spider's overall cabin layout but receives a striking grey-and-yellow colour theme. Ferrari says the yellow accents on the seats, dashboard and stitching are inspired by the Ferrari logo and brake calipers. The cabin blends leather and fabric upholstery, while the boomerang-shaped graphics mirror the DRL design seen on the exterior — giving the cabin and bodywork a coherent visual identity throughout.
Engine and Performance
As a Ferrari v8 open car, the HC25 continues with the F8 Spider's 3.9-litre twin-turbocharged V8 — a significant detail given that the F8 Spider was Ferrari's last mid-engined open-top model to use a non-hybrid twin-turbo V8. This engine produces 720hp and 770Nm, sent to the rear wheels via a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox. Ferrari claims a 0-100kph time of 2.9 seconds, a 0-200kph time of 8.2 seconds and a top speed of 340kph — numbers that firmly place the HC25 in supercar territory despite being part of the Ferrari one-off series.
Price and Availability
As for the Ferrari hc25 price, Ferrari has not disclosed any figures — which is standard practice for its Special Projects programme. Since this is a true one-of-one commission, no production run is planned. Previous Special Projects models under this programme have included the SP48 Unica, SP51, SP-8 and KC23, all of which were similarly priced well into seven figures. The HC25 is not available for sale and was created exclusively for its single commissioner.
Ferrari has not disclosed the HC25's price. The car is a one-off Special Projects commission and is not available for public purchase.
